Hannah Burns (AKA: Miss Burns) is an aspiring comic artist and college student who lives in Alaska. She started doing biographical comics at the age of 14 and continued all through High School. After graduating, (and at the insistence of her loving boyfriend and partner in crime) she started putting more effort into the quality of the comics, and thus “REIMcomics” was born.
Hannah'sinfluencesinclude Jhonen Vasquez, Art Spiegelman, Marjane Satrapi, Anime and Manga, Monty Python, Erika Moen, and Angela Melick. She is a fan of both German Expressionism and CyberPunk. She routinely gets her art compared to Jhonen Vasquez, but honestly and truly, she's not trying to rip him off.
She is currently a Sophomore at the University of Alaska Anchorage studying Fine Arts, sells Balloons, and is trying to get through Mad Men and MLP on Netflix.
